When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Processing times are listed on each product page and begin after personalization details are received. Shipping times shown by Etsy are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

My tracking says “Pre-Transit.” What does that mean?

“Pre-Transit” means the shipping label has been created and your package has been dropped off with the carrier, but the carrier hasn’t scanned it yet. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed and may not update until the package is in transit or out for delivery.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package appears delayed or hasn’t updated, please reach out — I’m always happy to help investigate and submit a carrier inquiry when needed.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need a change. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order. Because personalized and made-to-order items are created just for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on my part. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please message me — I want you to love your purchase and will always do my best to help.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each item is handmade or custom-produced, so slight variations in wood grain, engraving depth, or color may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different due to monitor settings.
