Why are some processing times longer than others?

Certain items, such as hand painted items, take longer to make than others as they need time to dry between processes. If you need an order quickly and are concerned, please send me a message once you have placed your order and I will do my best to meet your needs.

Can I upgrade my delivery?

Some items automatically include the option to upgrade to first class delivery. If the item that you want does not have this option and you need to upgrade to either first class or signed-for delivery, please send me a message immediately after placing your order and I will arrange this for you.

I have entered my personalisation/custom information incorrectly, what do I do?

If you have entered your information incorrectly, please send me a message within 12 hours so that I can change the order. If I receive the message after this time and I have already made your order it is unlikely that I will be able to change it and you will have to place another order with the correct information included

I have received my item but the personalisation is incorrect

I will always make orders using the exact information that you have provided, which I check multiple times. If the personalisation on your order is incorrect, and it is a fault on my part, I will send you a replacement free of charge. However, if you have entered the information incorrectly I am unable to provide a return, exchange or refund, under UK distance selling regulations, as the item cannot be sold on.

My order hasn't arrived

Please wait the full estimated delivery time (3-5 working days unless otherwise stated) before contacting me regarding a missing order. If you have still not received your order, please send me a message so that I can contact Royal Mail Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days after the date of posting, if this time has passed and you have still not received your order, I will raise a claim with Royal Mail and you will be offered the choice of a replacement order or a refund once their investigation is concluded Please contact me no more than 30 days from the date you received your dispatch notification to inform me about a missing order

Can I return a personalised/customised item?

Under UK distance selling regulations I am not obliged to refund, fully or partially, personalised or customised items, unless there is a fault, as they cannot be sold on. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me so that I can arrange to solve the issue

My order has arrived damaged

I am so sorry that your order did not get to you safely, please contact me so that I can make a claim with Royal Mail and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you

I like an item, but want to change it slightly

I always welcome special orders, if there is an item that you would like to make changes to, or you would like to request something specific, please click on the 'request a custom order' link on my shop page or send me a message and I will do my best to meet your needs

Who is responsible for the cost of return postage?

If your item arrives and is faulty I will refund the return postage amount upon receipt of your item and proof of postage costs. If you have changed your mind about the item, it arrived after you required it (but was dispatched within my specified processing time period) or you have otherwise not read the description of the item you will be responsible for any return postage costs

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you require your item by a specific date please check the processing time of the item to ensure it will be made in time and then either select a delivery upgrade or contact me via message within 12 hours to upgrade it for you
