⬇️ DIGITAL PRINTS – how to download ⬇️

Instant download prints will be available in your Etsy account immediately after your payment has been processed. Made-to-order prints will become available when they’re completed and uploaded to your Etsy account (please check individual listings for completion times). Downloading files isn’t supported in the Etsy app, so be sure to log in to your Etsy account on a web browser. Once you’re logged in, click on your profile picture and head to “Purchases and reviews”. Hit the black “Download files” button next to/under your order in my Etsy shop and voilà, your new artwork is ready to be printed! If you check out as a guest, a download link will be sent to your e-mail. Please contact Etsy Support if you experience downloading issues.

🖨️ DIGITAL PRINTS – where to print 🖨️

For US customers, there’s a wide range of stores that offer printing services, for example CVS, FedEx, Office Depot, Staples, Target, Walgreens and Walmart. Some great online options are Amazon Prints, Parabo Press, Printique, Prints of Love, Shutterfly, Snapfish and Vistaprint. If you’re located outside of the US and looking for printing recommendations, feel free to reach out!

❗️Cancellations, returns, exchanges and shipping address changes❗️

For digital prints, cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For physical, shipped prints, cancellations and shipping address changes are possible within 1 hour of ordering. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of these prints. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to provide a fitting solution.

🎁 PHYSICAL PRINTS – gift wrapping and message cards 🎁

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping or message cards at the moment. However, our prints are shipped in packaging that you can easily gift wrap yourself. We hope to offer gift wrapping and message cards in the future, so stay tuned!

Print your artwork at home, a local print shop or photo lab, or via an online service. We recommend using heavyweight photo paper, which can be purchased in various finishes. We’ve found that a semi-glossy/lustre finish works with most print designs.
