Occasionally, parts will arrive with some residue from the manufacturing process, or may need cleaning from use. Simply wipe with a towel and some dish soap and it will clean up and look as good as new !

Are the brass colored parts coated or will they age and develop a patina ?

The brass parts are coated with a lacquer to protect and preserve the polished finish. However, we can remove the lacquer before shipping upon special request.

Are screws included for mounting ?

Yes, we will ship screws with the parts based on the part size. We typically stock screws in lengths of 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and 1 1/2". When you place your order please let us know if you need a particular screw size based on your furniture or other application.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we can generally make any custom pull as long as the order quantity is sufficient to justify the tooling/development cost. Please feel free to send us your ideas. Minimum order quantity is typically 250 pcs.

Do you have the capacity to make large quantities of pulls ?

Yes ! We supply several furniture manufacturers with custom drawer pulls, and we typically have more inventory available than appears on our Etsy page.

Why are my shipping costs so high, especially for International shipments ?

For some reason Etsy does not appropriately reflect decreased shipping costs for orders of multiple items. Don't let this discourage you from making a purchase. Just send me a message and I will respond quickly with an adjustment to the shipping cost.

What if I want one of the polished knobs in a brushed finish ?

Just let us know and we can make that happen !
