When purchasing the file, please provide the following information in the personalized section:

-Name of retiree
-number of years worked
-year they are retiring
-any special details you'd like to include
-what COLOR you want the background (the color chart is the 2nd pic)
the size you want for the sign (if you do not provide size, an 8x10 inch file will be emailed to you)

You will receive 1 hi-res JPG file (300 DPI) in your inbox within 24-48 hours.

Personalized files will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. The time frame does not include the weekends and holidays

- I sell only digital files, I do not offer printing and shipping services. I do recommend using a local print shop (Staples, FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot) for printing.

- Please do not view or print files from your phone or tablet. When you download items to these devices, it reduces the quality/resolution and your item may print pixelated and at a low quality.

- Please note that colors can sometimes be different from monitor to print depending upon your monitor and color settings, printer settings and printer quality as well as the paper used
