What can I do with my downloads?

-All downloads were created by me and are not available to be edited. -You may use the digital file for any personal use or product. -These items are NOT available to be resold IN ANY WAY-even if you add your own touches to the design. They are also NOT to be printed and resold as an item separate from a physical item (for example: NO paper transfers, clipart, or any digital style design). -These items are not allowed to be shared or redistributed.

I'm having trouble with my downloads

If you are having any issues with your download, please contact me via Etsy messaging as soon as you can. I will need the following information: 1. The email associated with the account 2. The item you purchased and the date purchased If I do not receive this information I will not be able to assist. Thank you :)

Can I get a refund? My file isn't downloading.

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for any digital items. Because they are sent digitally, they can still be used by the buyer even if the download is not working at the moment. It is still in your Etsy account to be downloaded and used anywhere. If you need a JPG version (can be downloaded on phone or any PC/laptop), then please let me know and I can send them to you. If your download is not working and any advice I have given you is not helpful, then I can no longer advise you on how to get the item to work for you. The files will download unless you have a specific issue with your computer.
