Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations?

Because many Veronica James items are personalised or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. Please ensure all personalisation details, sizing, and preferences are correct at the time of ordering. Any specific requests must be included in your order notes or sent via Etsy messages during checkout, as we can only work from the information provided.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

Do you send photos or mock-ups before shipping?

At this time, we’re unable to provide photos or mock-ups prior to production or shipment due to order volume and production timelines.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personalisation errors made at checkout. For apparel items, please carefully review the size guides provided in each listing before ordering, as sizing selection is the buyer’s responsibility.

Will my product look exactly like the image shown?

We do our best to ensure all products are photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens, monitors, and devices, slight variations in colour may occur. As many designs feature unique patterns or handmade elements, there may also be minor variations in pattern placement — this is part of what makes each piece special.

What happens if my order is delayed, lost, or stolen in transit?

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Veronica James is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or stolen packages once shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to assist. If you believe your package was stolen, you may request GPS scan details from the carrier and lodge a report with your local authorities.

What if my order is returned to sender?

If an order is returned to the sender for any reason (including incorrect address details), the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.

What are the care instructions for my item?

Care instructions are included in each product listing. Please refer to the specific listing for the best way to care for your item.

What if my clothing item doesn’t fit?

Detailed size charts are provided in all applicable listings. It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the correct size prior to ordering, as we’re unable to offer exchanges for fit issues.

What happens if I forget to include personalisation details?

If required personalisation information is missing, we’ll contact you via Etsy messages. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be completed using a design choice we believe best fits the item, to avoid delays in production.
