This is an amazing, open-source, zero-latency, plug-and-play controller adapter that allows you to use your original console controllers on modern devices over USB, such as PC, Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, MiSTer, Analogue Pocket, Batocera, and more!

When using on the Nintendo Switch 2/Switch:
- Buttons are mapped by default to match the NSO (Nintendo Switch Online) controllers sold by Nintendo, for use with the Nintendo Switch Online emulation software
- Special button combinations allow the use of important buttons such as in-game menu ("-" on Switch), Home, and Capture.

Controllers for the following systems are supported:
- NES
- SNES
- Genesis/Mega Drive
- N64

Plenty of case color options are available. Custom color options or combinations available as well - just send me a message after purchase and let me know your ideas!

When purchasing, choose the firmware configuration option that best fits your use case. Select "I Don't Know" if you aren't sure - I'll send you a message to discuss the options.
You can always flash a different firmware on your own later - see the project GitHub page link below for more details on this process. The case has a tiny hole for a pin to press the reset button on the Arduino to initiate the firmware flash procedure, so you don't need to remove it from the case.

This is the way. The most affordable way to get zero latency with retro controllers. This item is well-crafted and all of the inputs fit perfectly. It worked right out the box with only slight customization to my Retroach emulator. For those who use saved gamepad mapping, ensure it is not overriding the default inputs when you plug your controller in. Thanks so much!

If you use a MiSTer FPGA, this thing is the real deal. So many big name retro controllers require so many button combos to get the right modes and have all sorts of compatibility issues, and this tidy little box just WORKS. Make sure you have a proper data cable (lots of cheap USBC cables are power only) and have a keyboard handy for first time key mapping and... it just works! My 30 year old N64 controllers work on the N64 core like it's all OG hardware with no noticeable latency. This isn't a SNAC connector if you're going for the uber-hard-core zero-latency pro-gamer setup, but for me this is much better- you get multiple controller options with remappable buttons and OSD commands. Oh, and I picked "custom" and asked for a very specific two-tone color scheme and this guy was like "you got it" for no charge. Love it.
