Do you offer both digital and physical items?

Yes! We offer instant digital downloads (printables) as well as physical prints shipped to your door, fulfilled via our professional print partner. Each listing will clearly state whether it's a digital product or a physical item.

How do I access my digital download?

After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a download link. You can also access your files any time via your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. For larger bundles you'll download a PDF which contains links to download the files from Google Drive. Just follow the simple steps in the file to download in a few clicks.

My download won't work, what should I do?

If you're having problems with a download, please ensure you've read the PDF carefully. If you're trying to download using a phone, try a tablet or computer instead where possible. If you still have problems, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.

Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076727/ for instructions on how to install the picture on your Samsung Frame TV.

1 - Open your SmartThings app, & select your Samsung Frame TV.
2 - Select Art Mode.
3 - Select Add your Photos +
4 - Select the photo from your phone's photo gallery.

For other TVs, please check before purchase, but the following Smart TVs can normally display frame art-
Fire TV, Roku TV, Chromecast TV, and Apple TV.
