Welcome to our shop! By placing an order from our shop, you agree to our policies.

Please note that all items in our shop are made to order and individually sewn for each customer. Production time usually takes up to a few days, depending on the number of orders at the moment. Thank you for your patience — quality always takes a little care.

• EASY DRY CARE Simply remove dust with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle brush. No washing or chemicals needed. • EVERYDAY USE Designed for everyday nursery use. Handle normally and avoid pulling or bending individual elements. • OCCASIONAL CHECK From time to time, take a quick look at the strings and attachments to ensure everything stays in place. With basic care, your handmade mobile will remain beautiful and enjoyable for years to come.

• CHILD SAFETY The mobile should be installed out of the child’s reach so it can be enjoyed visually only. • SECURE MOUNTING Please make sure the mobile is securely attached to a stable holder. • DECORATIVE ITEM This mobile is intended as a decorative nursery item and is not designed for hands-on play. • RESPONSIBILITY The seller is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from improper installation or use. The buyer is responsible for following all installation and safety guidelines.

All returns are at the buyer’s expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please note: original shipping costs are not refundable. Even if free shipping was applied at checkout, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be carefully packed. Any loss in value due to improper packing is the buyer’s responsibility. Once the parcel is received and inspected, refunds will cover the item cost only — shipping costs are not refunded. If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any re-shipping fees, if applicable.
