ARTWORK RIGHTS - BASIC SCOPE

-All products are for personal or small business use. -You MAY NOT use any of our images as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark or logo. This does not include our font listings (Letters A-Z), which MAY be used 1(e), 2(3) -We license use of the digital files available in our download folder only. -We do not sell the Images/Files to you. -We remain the owners of the images at all times that retain the Anamored logo and are provided in the downloadable packages. -For custom digitizing listings, you must have full artwork rights. -You MAY use our promotional images to market your product only if it has the Anamored logo clearly shown on the image. -App developers will need to pay a special licensing fee

1.1 We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Images and Embroidery Files royalty-free within the following terms and for one user. 1.2 You MAY (a) print or embroider files onto any project for resale for personal or small commercial use. Small commercial must not exceed 50,000 times. (b) download a copy of the purchased files an unlimited amount of times. (c) use our artwork in combination with your own artwork to print or embroider. (d) use the artwork in printed marketing material, online marketing material, event promotion (such as weddings), or any personal use (e) use fonts (letters a-z listings only) for branding design (logos, trademarks, trade-name). Images MAY NOT be used for branding.

2.1 Resell, rent, lease, or loan any part of our designs electronically. 2.2 Share or redistribute electronic files. Files shared with embroidery suppliers can only be used for your items. 2.3 Use the Images as part of a branding (logos, trademarks, trade-name). Fonts (Letter A-Z listings) MAY be used for branding. 2.4 Reproduce the Images, in whole or in part, either individually or in combination. This includes creating alternative file formats of our designs. 2.5 Use or display the Images in an electronic format which enables them to be downloaded or shared in any file sharing arrangement. 2.6 Install or transfer the images to a network server or web server for use by other users unless otherwise agreed.

3. UPDATES TO LISTINGS

Product files may be updated at times. This will not affect the digital files available to you. If you need the latest update, please contact us and we can email the latest files to you. We often will revisit old files to make sure certain formats are the latest versions. We also may make changes to the files based off feedback, or more test sew-outs. Changes may include adjustments to density, curvature, underlay, stitch count, trims, sequencing, and all sorts of other improvements we want to make over time. Your feedback is important to us so we can continue making any improvements we can.

We are not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur after the use of our digital designs. We recommend that you test all our embroidery files on similar material prior to applying to final product.

HOW TO USE

Simply unzip, and use the format that is compatible with your software or machine.

You will need to copy and paste each letter into one file in order to create a monogram using embroidery software.
If you don't have software, we suggest downloading Embrilliance Software Free Version and dragging and dropping the BX files into your document. This will install the font into the software and you can use the type tool to create your monogram.
