WHAT IS AN "EDITABLE TEMPLATE"?

An editable template is a customizable digital file that allows you to personalize the design to suit your specific needs. Unlike pre-printed items, editable templates give you the flexibility to change text, colors, fonts, images, and other elements to make the design truly your own. Once edited, you can print the templates at home or have them professionally printed, depending on your preference. The beauty of editable templates is that you can make changes as many times as you like before finalizing your design.

Canva is a user-friendly online design platform that allows you to create a wide variety of digital and print designs, such as invitations, posters, social media graphics, and more. With Canva, you can easily edit and customize our templates directly in your web browser (no software download required!). Simply log in to your free Canva account, click the link provided in the PDF we provide, and start personalizing the design to fit your event or project.

DO I NEED A CANVA ACCOUNT TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE?

Yes, you at least need the FREE Canva account in order to access our editable templates. The pro version isn't necessary, but it works with the templates, too. Creating a FREE Canva login is as easy as entering your email and creating a password. You can visit www.canva.com to get started, or create an account once you purchase the listing and click on the link! If you're new to Canva, don’t worry—it's simple to get started, and you can find plenty of tutorials and support online. If you need help using a Canva template, feel free to reach out!

CAN I SAVE MY CANVA TEMPLATE AND COME BACK TO IT?

Yes! Canva automatically saves your work as you go. You can easily come back to your template at any time by logging into your Canva account and accessing your saved designs.

CAN I PRINT FROM HOME?

Yes! You can print your editable template at home using your own printer (especially 5x7 cards and smaller signs), or you can take it to a local print shop for professional-quality printing. •Save the Canva template file as a PDF Print with 'Crop marks & bleed' and 'Flatten PDF'. •If printing at home, most printers will handle 80-110lb cardstock. •If ordering professional prints, anything over 100lb cardstock looks best. •My shop is partnered with Prints Of Love, and we highly recommend them for all of your professional printing needs. If you use my referral link, you'll receive FREE shipping and envelopes: https://printsoflove.com/ref/TheRinCreative Use code "RINTEMPLATES10" at Prints of Love for 10% off your order of $49 or more!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or refunds due to the nature of the product. Please contact us if you encounter issues with your order.

WHERE DO I LOCATE MY DIGITAL FILES?

To download your digital files from your account (NOTE: USE A COMPUTER, AS THE ETSY APP DOES NOT HAVE A DOWNLOAD BUTTON): •Log in to Etsy.com and navigate to Your Account. •Go to Purchases and Reviews. •Find your order and click "Download Files." This will take you to the Downloads page, where you'll find all the files linked to your order. •Alternatively, you can return to the item's listing page, where an "Instant Download" message will appear on the item's images. Typically, there are no restrictions on how often or when you can download a file. As long as the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can usually access your file anytime from your Purchases page.
