Where can I print my digital art?

Recommended online print services: U.S.: finerworks.com / mpix.com / posterjack.com Canada: posterjack.ca / pictorem.com / henrysphotocentre.com U.K.: theprintspace.co.uk Ireland: digitalprintingireland.ie / printready.ie Europe: beyondprint.eu For local printing, stores like Walgreens, Staples, or Tesco Photo can be an option, but print quality and color accuracy may vary. I highly recommend using a professional online print service for the best results. If using a home printer, note: Colors and quality will vary depending on your printer and paper choice. Important: Send only files to print services—not links.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

Nire Valley Art designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to share, resell, or distribute the files in any form. You may not edit the files to create new designs for resale. Each design is lovingly hand drawn to ensure it remains unique to Nire Valley Art.

What type of paper should I choose?

For the best results, I recommend: Heavyweight matte paper or card stock for a budget-friendly option with excellent quality. Archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture to achieve the most authentic, vintage look.

Where can I find picture frames?

I can’t find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.

First, check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Tip: Add transaction@etsy.com to your address book to prevent this issue in the future.

I purchased a digital item but don’t have an Etsy account.

If you purchased as a guest, a download link was sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you can’t find it: Check your spam/junk folder. Gmail users: Check the Social and Promotions tabs. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book can help you locate future emails.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my Etsy account?

To access your files: Sign in to Etsy.com using a browser (not the Etsy app). Go to Your account > Purchases and reviews. Click Download Files next to your order. If the button is grey, your payment may still be processing. Reminder: Save your files immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage after 6 months to make room for new designs.

Downloading from Dropbox

For large bundles in my shop, files are delivered as ZIP files via Dropbox due to their size. You do not need a Dropbox account to download your files. If prompted, click "or continue with download only." Download the ZIP file to your device. Important: Extract the ZIP file after downloading to access the high-resolution files. (Most computers and devices have built-in tools to unzip files.) Tip: Do not right-click and save the preview image shown on Dropbox, as this will only save a low-resolution version.

Apple Pay / Apple ID Purchases

If you paid using Apple Pay and cannot locate your order: Sign in to Etsy.com via a browser (not the app). If you selected “Hide My Email,” Etsy sent your receipt to a unique, randomized email address. Please contact me via Etsy messaging for assistance or reach out to Etsy support to locate your order.

Can I resize a print or change its color?

Yes, I can resize a print or adjust its color, but please note the following: You must purchase the original listing along with the custom request listing for resizing or color changes. Resizing applies to individual prints only, not full bundles or gallery sets. Important: One custom request is valid for resizing or color adjustment of a single design. Full bundles or sets cannot be resized as a whole. Each design in the bundle requires a separate custom request if resizing is needed. For any questions or to confirm whether a resize or color adjustment is possible, please reach out to me before purchasing. Turnaround Time: 2–3 business days for custom requests.

*I recommend Using good quality art paper, Ideally watercolour fine art printing paper , Archival Matt fine art paper or Matt cardstock.  

 The Colours may vary slightly due to different colour monitors and printers. 

The position of the artwork for different ratios may vary very slightly in order to ensure it fits perfectly to that particular size.
