Important Shop Info:

1 - My shop operates as a in-house PTO - print to order shop
2- Shosp processing time (not including in-transit) is 3-7 business days* (M-F) [some orders can ship faster based on RTS inv. and your ordered transfers]
3 - I have been printing UV and DTF transfers for over 3 years on commercial grade in-house printers = quality is top priority 😊

Listing is for 1 UV DTF as pictured - cup, keychain, bookmark etc is not included.

UVDTF wrap info:
------------------------
- UVDTF wraps are measured and cut for most 16oz glass cans.
- Please note not all manufacturers glass cans are the same
(printed wraps are roughly sized 9.5"-4.20"); size may vary per wrap to keep it proportional to the designers original sizing to not distort images
- UV decals are printed at 3"-4" on its longest side
- 40oz UVDTF are printed to fit most 40oz tumblers; all manufacture tumblers are different in shape and size. Bottom UV for 40oz will arrive tampered/curved.
- motel key chains are printed to fit standard motel keychain sizes; not all motel keychain are the same in size; uv decals are printed double sided
- bookmarks are available in 2 sizes please note these sizes when purchasing; UV decal is printed double sided
(please note: not all designers make the bottom design for the 40oz tumbler tampered only straight. in order to print the design as a tampered or curved part of the design may be cut off. If you want the design printed straight, please send me a PM about your order. Otherwise the bottom is printed curved)

** SHOP POLICIES ***
(PLEASE READ/YOUR PURCHASE IS AGREEING TO THESE TERMS)

REVIEW YOUR ORDER:

--> All orders need to be reviewed with 48 hours of receiving them
--> In the event you are missing a wrap/decal etc I must be made aware of it within 48 hours of delivery date. (I will request a photo of your receipt that is included in your order)
--> HONESTY IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED - orders are double checked for accuracy, in the event you are missing a UVDTF a replacement or refund will be provided at my discretion
--> seller is not responsible for lost, late arriving, stolen or damaged packages caused by USPS or other carrier your order is shipped with. Buyer will need to file a claim with carrier in the event packages do not arrive, get misdelivered, lost, stolen, damaged etc. Once a package has a scan acceptance by the carrier the seller is no longer responsible for the order.

DEFECTIVE UVDTF:
==================
--> in the event you receive a defective UVDTF (prior to placement on hard surface) please reach out to me. I will require photos of the defective UVDTF(s) prior to sending out a replacement.
---> if your order contains more then 5 defective UVDTF(s) I will require all defective wraps be sent back to me with a provided return label in order to receive replacements
---> classification of a defective UVDTF wrap will be to my discretion (printing errors)
--> all defective UVDTF (prior to placement/use) must be addressed with 48 hours of "delivery confirmation"
--> Once a UVDTF is used and placed on your recipients cup/item of choice and there are no issues during application and before handing it off to your recipient - seller (typical tina transfers) is not responsible for what happens to the UVDTF after it is in the possession of your customer/recipient. I can not verify proper care and use of the item nor if cup care instructions were provided to the customer.
--> Placed/used defective UVDTF must be addressed within 5 days of delivery confirmation (this does not include user error or listed above issues after hand off to recipient; only includes printing errors [etc color issues, black smudges, mispelling, cut off designs])

** I try my best to avoid sending out defective UVDTF wraps, but I am human and sometimes they can slip by as I print 12 hours a day **

CANCELATIONS AND/OR REFUNDS:

--> buyer remorse: you have 24 hours from submitted order to request an order cancelation/refund
--> Refunds/order cancellations will not be provided after the 24 hour buyers remorse window. This is simply due to printing prep, organizing and planning of orders
--> As I do work on orders at the mercy of my printers - in the event there are printer maintenance issues/repairs that are beyond my control that would delay orders and or prevent wraps from being printed for your order. The wraps unable to be sent will be refunded and the remainder of you order will be shipped along with freebies for the inconvenience.
--> any returns that are agreed upon between the buyer and seller (typical tina creations) buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted for the total value of the items being returned. Any items being returned MUST be in unused and in their original printed conditions. I will not accept returns on used or partially used transfers or items sold

Shop Turn around time (TAT) = processing time for orders (unless stated other wise)

--> All orders are printed in-house and these take time to arrange, print and cut down before packaging and send off
--> TAT is 3-7 business days. TAT is my processing time to complete your order this DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CARRIER HAND OFF; some orders go out earlier then others in the event I have the UVDTF ready to ship
--> please note that shipping carrier hand off will be within 1-3 business days from the date your shipping label is printed. we do ensure hand off is timely and postage labels are purchased and printed to be delivered within the ESTIMATED delivery window you are provided at checkout
---> note large orders 25+ may take the full TAT to complete
--> Please plan accordingly when ordering; if you need your order by a specific timeframe please reach out before ordering as we offer rush options and can help plan and coordinate timely delivery (shipping carrier delays cam happen)
--> Shipping is $6.00 flat rate ground via USPS. Also available is priority mail and priority express Select shipping option at checkout

USER ERROR/MISHAPS DURING PLACEMENT

--> Seller is not responsible for any errors that may occur during placement of UVDTF wraps, decals etc
--> Seller is not responsible for wear and tear on UVDTF wrap/decal once given to its recipient after placement, as I can not verify proper care
--> seller is not responsible for UVDTF wrap/decal once it has been given to your customer/recipient.
--> seller is not responsible for improper storage/care of UVDTF wraps prior to use

UV DTF Care:
------------------
- Cup should only be hand wash; DO NOT SOAK
- UV DTF is not microwave or dishwasher safe
- please ensure cup care cards are given to your customers or recipient

Additional notes:
-----------------------
- Please note that printed colors on wraps may appear slightly lighter or darker from your monitor or phone screen. Printers will print as close as possible to the true color but please keep in mind monitors and phone screens use RGB color scale and printers use CYMK. The color printing may differ slightly.
Screens - monitors and phones output different qualities of images based on resolution out put
- You are allowed to use these wraps to sell on end products or resell
