Please refer to our color charts when selecting your custom mat color.
Note: Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
A.) USING THE DROP DOWN MENU SELECTIONS
- Select Frame Dimension (Mat Outside - should match your glass size)
- Choose Mat Color (see color charts)

B.) Click "+ Add Personalization" (Measurements and Orientation)
- Enter the Mat Outside Dimension and Orientation. (The size should match your glass size.)
- Enter Mat Window Opening Size and Orientation.
We'll cut your mat window 1/4" smaller to allow for overlap unless you specify "Window Exact"

UNDERSTANDING ORIENTATION
Please state the orientation of both the outside dimension and the window dimension:
Horizontal (H) or Vertical (V).

Not sure which way is correct? Here’s an easy way to remember:
(H) Horizontal = like the horizon — it goes side to side
(V) Vertical = upright — it goes up and down

Some customers choose a horizontal opening inside a vertical mat, or vice versa. By providing both orientations, you help us make sure your mat is cut exactly the way you want.

EXAMPLE:
Outside Dimension and Orientation: 11x14 V
Window Dimension and Orientation: 8x10 V
PLEASE NOTE: All custom mat windows are cut ¼” smaller than the ordered size to ensure the mat overlaps your art print or photo image. If you prefer an exact cut, please state “WINDOW EXACT:” followed by the desired size, and we will cut the mat window to your desired dimensions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not accept returns for custom-cut mats. If your mat arrives damaged, please message us with photos of both the mat and the packaging, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
