Custom and personalised orders

Sorry, I do not take on customised and personal order requests, including changing my current designs. If you would like a portrait of your cat, these can be purchased from the listing in my shop when available :)

International postage and tracking.

All international orders are sent untracked. Due to the high costs of shipping internationally with tracking, this is not something that I add as standard. All overseas parcels are shipped with care using standard international post. If you would like to add tracking please contact me BEFORE placing an order. Please note this service will add an additional shipping charge which can be quite high, plus a handling fee as it will require an extra trip to the post office. Please note I am shipping from the UK. Postage times overseas can be around 2-4 weeks. Please get in touch if you are worried about your order taking longer to arrive.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my orders are packed as if receiving a gift - even if it's just for you! Please use the gift note feature if you are sending to someone else and this will be printed and added into the order.

All orders are sent untracked. If you are worried your order has been lost in the post, please get in touch! If it has been more than 20 working days (UK and Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world) I will send out a replacement no problem. Happily this rarely happens! Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. I will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address you will need to pay additional shipping for it to be resent to the correct address.

I live in Brighton too, can I pick up my order from you and save on postage?

Sorry, I don't offer a pick up service! Also, as my postage costs also cover packaging, I wouldn't be able to offer this as a free service. Hopefully too you will see that my P&P costs are actually very affordable!

What are your Christmas posting dates for 2025?

At Christmas, shipping times are often longer, especially for overseas orders. Please be aware that international orders can take 2-5 weeks, and I cannot make any guarantees for Christmas delivery. I am always quick with packing and posting orders, but the delivery part is out of my hands! Everything ships from the UK, I use standard international shipping which is UNTRACKED. I do no offer tracking. Last shop orders are midnight on 15th December. I will be on Christmas vacation and closing the shop for 2 weeks after this date, ready to re-open for 2025 shortly after Christmas. Thanks for your support and understanding.

I do not and will never use generative AI. All of my illustrations are drawn by me and my own hand. Not only is AI killing the creative industry it is also extremely damaging to the environment. I am completely against the use of AI in any creative endeavour at any level, especially when it takes away from true talented people from getting jobs. It is also very ugly and will never replace true art! Please join me in avoiding this practice, and support true independent artists and creatives!

Featuring my original illustrations of lots of colourful cats in all colours of the rainbow, with the text which says 'I LIKE CATS'. The ceramic mug is beautifully finished with a gorgeous pink inner and handle.

The mugs measure 4 inches/9.5cm high and have a 3inch/8cm diameter. They come packaged in a card box with extra padding inside for the journey to you.

The mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand washing to preserve the design for as long as possible!

A perfect gift for anyone who likes cats, or has one too many tea breaks.
