Why are digital products non-returnable?

Returns aren’t possible for digital products since files are delivered immediately and remain with the buyer. If you have any issues, please message us—we’re here to help!

Is it ok to share my digital product with other people?

No, sharing any part of the files downloaded from our shop is not permitted. All files are intended for personal use only unless stated otherwise. There are digital products from our shop that have Commercial Use Rights.

Can I customize your templates?

Absolutely! Our PLR/MRR templates are fully customizable—you can modify the text, fonts, and colors to suit your needs. But this does not apply to digital downloads without the rights to resell.

What do I need to use the editable templates?

All our templates are designed with Canva. To get started, you’ll need to create a free or paid Canva account and you can start editing the templates.

Do the templates have an expiration date?

Nope! Once you download your template and save it in your Canva folder, you have lifetime access to it.

If I need a new copy of my template, do I have to purchase it again?

Not at all! To get a new version, simply open the PDF containing your access link and click on it to load a fresh template in Canva. Should you encounter any problem accessing the link, please feel to message us and we'll gladly help!
