How long do orders take to dispatch?

We aim to dispatch all ready-made items within 1 to 3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 1 week for dispatch (unless otherwise stated). Depending on volume of current orders, busy seasons and UK bank holidays, we do typically dispatch sooner than this for most* custom listings. *Allowing for a longer dispatch time should especially be considered for made-to-order decoden designs. This is because the approximate dispatch stated also incorporates drying time needed. Air drying is beneficial for decoden crafts and often varies according to temperature and humidity - so it's possible that it may take even longer during colder months.

Is your international delivery trackable?

Yes, when placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, we strongly suggest choosing the Royal Mail 'International Tracked' option so you can track your parcel with the number provided. Alternatively, 'International Standard' option from Royal Mail will NOT be tracked. We are not responsible for parcels after dispatch, but can still assist with solutions if applicable. Reference number details provided with standard order confirmations are for the purpose of proof of postage to the buyer. This reference number may also only then be used by Charms by Emma to make a claim with Royal Mail on the very rare occasion that a parcel has been lost in transit. Delivery profile selected cannot be changed or altered after an order is placed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The majority of our ready-made and custom items will be placed in a re-usable organza bag (with an individual sticker inside) and is then carefully wrapped in recyclable tissue paper before being packaged and shipped. So although gift wrapping isn't specified as an option when ordering, Charms by Emma deliveries will still look like the perfect present for yourself or for somebody else! If you're sending an order straight to the recipient, for any specific gift wrapping or special message requests feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to accommodate 💌

Tried and tested daily, our handmade items are carefully crafted with durability in mind. However, we understand that accidents do happen. If there is a fault with a particular item you've purchased then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue or, in certain circumstances, can offer free repairs. For care instructions regarding a specific listing, please read the product description in full. If this doesn't help, we are more than happy to answer any further queries.

As some of our most popular phone charm and clog charm listings are offered using genuine natural crystals, it is important to note that no two orders will look the same or be a direct replicate of listing photos in terms of shape, colour or size. Approximate sizes or size ranges will be detailed in the product description of individual listings, so please read this in full before purchasing. Therefore, we encourage that any specific gemstones of your choosing should be enquired about before ordering - especially as they do tend to sell out quickly after restocking. If it is helpful, we can even send a photo of options to select from depending on stock availability. All charms are as unique as you are!
