How do I access my digital download?

After your payment has cleared, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. You can also access your downloads by going to your Etsy account, clicking on 'Purchases and Reviews', and then selecting 'Download Files’.

I can't find the email with the download link. Where else can I find it?

If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your downloads directly from your Etsy account by going to your purchase history. If you purchased though an Apple ID, the email will have gone to the Apple email address associated with that account. You can also sign in with your Apple ID and go to your purchase history for your download link.

I purchased as a guest. How do I download my files?

If you purchased as a guest, check your email inbox for the receipt from Etsy, which will include a link to download your files. Can I download my files again if I need to?

What if the "Download Files" button is grey?

If the 'Download Files' button is grey, it means your payment is still processing. Once your payment is confirmed, the button will become active.

What file formats are included?

This download includes SVG, PNG, JPEG, DXF and EPS files, unless otherwise noted in the listing description. - SVG File (may show up as a Microsoft Edge HTML Document) is the best format for Cricut Design Space and can also be loaded into many different softwares including Canva and is the easiest format to use to change the colors of the design. - DXF File is generally used for Silhouette Software - PNG (Transparent & High resolution - 300 dpi) Perfect for htv, vinyl, waterslides, sublimation, or print & cut! EPS is for use in Adobe Illustrator JPEG includes a white background and is mostly for website use. ***Please note that the SVG file is the optimal file to use for Cricut Design Space software.

I can’t find the SVG file.

Some versions of Windows will default to show the SVG file as a Microsoft Edge file with a blue and green circular emblem. This file is still in SVG format and can be used as such.

Can I edit the digital product?

The wording on our files is not editable, however colors can be changed in the proper software. To edit the colors, it is best to use the SVG file format. ***Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of the images once they have been edited

Can I resell or share the digital product?

The digital products in this shop should NOT be sold or shared in digital format. Reselling our digital files in digital format including in digital bundles will result in legal action. Our designs can be sold on physical products up to 500 units. If you plan to sell more than 500 units, please contact us for a commercial license. You may use the images for unlimited personal use.

Files are stored in zipped folders. You will need to unzip the files to access the contents.
To unzip a file on a Windows computer, right-click on the zipped file, select "Extract All", choose a location to save the extracted files, and click "Extract"; on a Mac, simply double-clicking the zip file usually does the trick.
