My order says its been delivered, but my package is missing?

Usually when your order says its been delivered but your package isn't there it means that your package is in your areas USPS and it should get to you within 1-3 days. This is because I use Etsy stamp shipping so your package is tracked through USPS when it goes through their machines.

Why is my tracking numbers not working on USPS website?

Shipping is free because we use Etsys stamp shipping and this shipping is not tracked by real time USPS tracking. The tracking numbers that you receive are through Etsy and the tracking will only update when it reaches different USPS machines.

What if my packages tracking never updates or moves location?

If your package never updates or moves location, please contact me and I can assist you with that.

Can you personalize or change the wording?

Yes, if the design is not to intricate or its a few word changes.
