I will ship your order to your Etsy account address provided at check out. If an incorrect address was entered, please notify me immediately. Changes cannot be made once label is printed. If your package is already in transit, please contact USPS directly to have your order rerouted. In the event of a package marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, I will notify you when the package has returned here. Buyers will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to have it redelivered to their correct address. In the event of the buyer no longer wanting the item a refund will be given minus the shipping cost once it has been returned back to me unless the item was custom/personalized in which case a refund will not be given.

Once I drop off your package at the post office, I am no longer responsible for shipping matters. It is ultimately in the hands of the P.O. If your package has been lost or delayed, please contact your local P.O. All packages are shipped Priority Mail and have been assigned tracking numbers. Your local P.O. will be able to verify where your package is. Please have your items shipped to a safe and secure location. Stolen packages need to be reported to your local police department immediately. Please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
