1. Painting or Prints.

All of our artworks are 100% hand-painted on canvas by me and my partner. We do not sell prints or reproductions.

We accept custom orders, you can absolutely customize your painting in my gallery. Just send me your exact requirement including the size and the custom painting detail before you place the order. I’ll give you what you want.

Usually, it takes about 5 to 7 days for the artist to complete the painting. For larger or more complex artworks, the timeframe may be extended. Once we receive your confirmation, we will also need an additional 3 to 5 days for drying and framing.

4. Can I See The Painting Before It's Shipped

Absolutely! Once the painting is finished, we’ll send you high-resolution photos of the completed piece. You're welcome to share any feedback or request changes before we ship it out—we'll make revisions until you're completely satisfied!

Since each painting is entirely hand-painted and custom-made, slight variations from the original reference may naturally occur. However, we guarantee that the final piece will be remarkably close in likeness. That is truly the beauty of original hand-painted art—it makes your piece genuinely one-of-a-kind. Rest assured, it will be a stunning piece crafted just the way you envision.

6. Is It Safe To Ship An Oil Painting

To protect paintings well during international shipping, all paintings are packaged carefully. In case they are accidentally damaged during logistics, we will replace them with new ones for you, but the probability of such a situation is extremely low.

7. Unstretched(Rolled) vs Frameless Stretched

Unstretched – Canvas rolled in a tube, needs framing at a local shop. Frameless Stretched – Canvas on wooden frame, ready to hang.

8. Delivery Time or Import Duties Policy

We ship our paintings via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery time is 4–7 days for US customers and 6–12 days for European customers. We offer worldwide shipping with free shipping included on all orders. Customs duties are fully covered for all US and Canadian orders. However, customers in select European countries are responsible for their local customs fees (approximately $30). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Return & Exchange Policies.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Display your painting indoors and keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, water, and heat sources. Do not place objects on top of the canvas or lay the painted surface face-down. To remove dust, use a clean, soft, dry brush or cloth. Do not apply water, household cleaners, alcohol, or chemical products directly to the painted surface.
