• All rings are available in standard US sizes. If you are from the UK, Australia, Europe, or elsewhere, please provide your finger size, and I will convert it to the corresponding US size for you. • Please use the dropdown menu to select your ring size. If you need a size that is not listed, kindly contact me, and we will make a custom size for you if possible.

• Please note that there may be slight variations in metal colour due to difference in alloy batches. • Moissanite color can vary based on several factors, including its cut, shape, size, and the lighting conditions under which it is viewed. • Moissanite colour may appear slightly based on the screen you’re using, whether it’s a phone, tablet, or laptop. • Please note that, we cannot guarantee you to provide exact colour moissanite shown in the listing/images. It might vary slightly due to the above mentioned factors.

• All items are handcrafted with care in our studio. The usual production time is 2-3 weeks, but it may take an additional 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the design or our current workload. • Custom orders may take anywhere between 3 to 5 weeks. • We offer a rush upgrade to expedite your order. Please reach out to us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your desired timeline. • Shipping to anywhere typically takes 2-3 weeks, excluding any customs delays. • For any international orders; customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes may apply and its buyer's responsibility. These charges are calculated and collected by tax officials of receiving country before delivery. • We offer express shipping for expedited delivery. Please contact us prior to purchase this service. Standard delivery typically takes 17-19 days, while express shipping typically delivers within 5-10 days and is sent via UPS, ARAMEX, USPS or FedEx. You can find the express shipping option in "Services" section. • Kindly provide your contact number, at the time of placing order. We need it for shipping and the delivery purposes.

• We are committed to ensuring that your parcel arrives at your address safely. However, after dispatch, the courier company takes over the delivery process. • We provide tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched, so you can track it, and ensure a smooth delivery. • Once your parcel has been marked as "DELIVERED" according to the tracking information, responsibility for the parcel will shift to the customer. If the parcel is lost/stolen or undelivered to the customer, we won’t be held accountable for it.

• The payment plan must be completed within 4 months. • The first installment must be at least 20% of the total amount. Subsequent installments can be paid on a weekly or monthly basis, as mutually discussed. • Payments should adhere to the mutually agreed schedule, whether weekly or monthly. • Any changes to the payment plan must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. • Production will commence after receiving 50% of the total amount. The item will be shipped only after the full payment has been received. • If the total payment is not completed by the end of the 4-month period, the order will be considered cancelled. A restocking fee of 20% of the original payment will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

• No cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement. • A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of placement. • Orders cancelled after 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee between 40% - 60%, based on the current status of the item.
