I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this pillow. I had all sorts of problems with my arms/fingers getting numb, my neck etc, and this firm natural pillow truly helped me resolve all those issues. Also, is is SO PRETTY. Wherever you place it is a pleasure to look at. I also take it everywhere I go with my yoga mat. I highly recommend it.
