Do you give enough threads?

We include 30–60% more thread than needed, so you’ll have plenty to work with. Please separate your threads and stitch using 2 strands, as recommended. Using 3 strands or the full thread may cause you to run out before completing your project. If you prefer to stitch with 3 strands, let us know—we’re happy to arrange extra thread for you.

I bought a kit but I would like a PDF too for safekeeping.

I have an artwork I want as a cross stitch. Can you do that?

Can I sell my finished cross stitch?

Yes, you can! While our charts may not be copied, sold, or shared, the finished piece you create is entirely yours. You’re free to sell your completed work on platforms like eBay, Etsy, or wherever you choose.

What is the difference between 14-count and 18-count?

14-count fabric has 14 squares per inch, while 18-count has 18. Most beginners prefer 14-count because it’s easier to see and stitch. 18-count has smaller squares, so your finished design will be smaller and more detailed. If you’ve stitched before, you’ll find it easy to work with—and the result will look extra sharp.

Can I cancel my order? What about Returns?

We usually ship earlier than the estimated date, so if you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item for a refund. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

How are your cross stitch charts created?

Our cross stitch designs are not mass-produced pattern mill charts. Each design is created with professional software and carefully refined by hand. We spend hours fine-tuning and removing unnecessary confetti stitches, resulting in clean, beautiful patterns that are a joy to stitch and look great on fabric.

Do you get your artwork through AI and is anything produced in your shop using AI?

No—we’re old-school artists. Our work comes from a family of artists and writers, with experience in publishing books and sourcing art the traditional way. We carefully research and select artwork from a range of sources, including platforms like WikiArt, to create cross stitch designs with care and respect for the original art.
