When will I receive my digital download?

Etsy will send the digital download just a few minutes after your purchase. The email will go to the email on file with Etsy. The title of the email will be "Download Your Etsy Purchase From Mypopartdesigns".

How do I download my file?

Once you receive the email from etsy with the subject line "Download Your Etsy Purchase from Mypopartdesigns" just click on the button that says "View your files on Etsy" (make sure you are logged into Etsy) and click download. If you get the orange page that says "uh oh", try a different browser. This often happens to me when I'm using Safari. Please message me if you are having issues downloading and I will email them over to you.
