Custom and personalised orders

Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks depending on what it is and if I have to order in any supplies, they will be shipped as soon as they are ready and I will message you to let you know. I do NOT refund or exchange any custom items or accept back any custom order returns unless damaged. If your item arrives damaged you will need to take this up with your post office or postal service as once it leaves me I am not responsible for any damage.

If you have ordered a decoden phone case it’s only natural that dust and fibres will pick up in between the silicone, to clean it be gentle and get a warm damp cloth to clean in between. An alternative to this is getting a ball of blu-tack and dabbing gently on the fibres to pick them up. For resin pieces or resin cases you can wipe away easily but please bear in mind if your phone case has rhinestones not to wipe roughly on top of them as it may cause them to come loose or fall off. X all rhinestone cases or cases that contain rhinestones will come with spare rhinestones for you to glue on incase an accident happens X

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your order is a gift & you require gift wrap, I am happy to offer this free of charge- please just add this in the note section of your order. If this is a gift and you want it sent to a different address, please make sure you let me know either in the note section or in a private message.

I am able to source most cases so if your case is not listed please contact me and we can arrange a custom order.

An item is considered lost 10 working days after expected delivery due date in the UK International items are considered lost 20 working days after the expected delivery due date. Please be mindful of this as it is out of my control until it is considered a missing parcel. All cases and orders over £30 are sent tracked to avoid going missing - I always retain proof of postage for every single order so please contact me if you would like to see this.
