Do you accept cancellations?

Yes — as long as I haven’t started your order. Once ribbon is cut, greenery is used, or your design has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most items are made to order. Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable. Buyers approve ribbon selections and designs through Etsy Messages.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Shipping times are controlled by USPS/UPS. Weather, holiday traffic, and routing issues can cause delays that I cannot control.

What if I typed the wrong address?

If your package returns to me, you can choose: – Pay for reshipment to the corrected address, or – Cancel (minus original shipping + restocking fee)

Returned/refused packages incur a restocking fee because items are handmade to order. Shipping is non-refundable.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All items are handmade to order and custom-designed. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message me within 48 hours and I’ll take care of you.

Can I make changes after purchase?
