What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including any apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacements, refunds, or reshipments for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any replacement or reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within a very short window after purchase. Please reach out as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order and often personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and a solution will be provided.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production typically takes between 2-5 business days before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. If you are ordering for an event, it is recommended to order well in advance.

Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

While every effort is made to get orders out quickly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays. If you need an item for a specific event, please plan accordingly and order early.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Designs are printed, so effects such as textures or embossing are visual and not physical.

A FEW QUICK NOTES:

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. I do my best to represent each shade as accurately as possible, but some variation is to be expected.

All products are made to order and have a production time of 2-4 business days before they ship out.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, any delays in transit are unfortunately outside of my control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders that need to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be at the buyer’s expense.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico require a shipping upgrade due to increased carrier fees. If the upgrade is not selected at checkout, I’ll reach out with next steps. Orders may be delayed or canceled if the upgrade is not completed.

I liked the first one I purchased 3 years ago so just purchased another from the same place. Great quality as there is nothing wrong with the first one, just wanted another color!
