Help! I haven't received my item, but tracking says it was delivered.

The first step is to contact your local post office and your neighbors to see if the package can be located. If you are unable to find the package after 7 days, check with your local post office for the GPS coordinates for where your package was delivered. Once I finalize your design, it is sent to a professional printing partner who uses advanced technology and premium materials to bring the design to life. This partnership allows me to focus on creating unique designs while ensuring the finished product meets exceptional quality standards.

What is processing time on average?

After you place an order, it typically takes 1-4 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. Processing time may vary depending on order volume and product type, so please refer to individual product listings for specific details.

How is shipping handled?

Once your order is ready, it is shipped through USPS. Shipping times depend on USPS’s current delivery estimates, which are displayed during checkout. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, weather disruptions, or other postal service interruptions. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if my order is delayed or stuck in pre-transit?

While I cannot control USPS shipping delays, I recommend checking your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you. During holidays we have been seeing USPS not update their tracking until the item is out for delivery. This is common this time of year and we have many customers experiencing the same thing and then the item arrives shortly after messaging us.
