What if my item arrives damaged due to shipping via Priority Mail?

All of our items are very carefully packed for shipment so they arrive safely. Rarely, due to handling by USPS, items can arrive broken/damaged. If this happens: 1. Please contact USPS at https://www.usps.com to file a claim for reimbursement. 2. You will need a detailed description of the damage, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packing material and box. These photos are necessary to submit a claim to USPS. 3. Please be sure to keep the damaged item and all packaging materials until your refund has been approved. USPS will sometimes request to see the packaging in person at your post office to approve an insurance claim. This is a rare scenario.

ElizaBella Vintage ships items within 1 to 2 business days. All items are weighed in the shipping box/mailer with appropriate packaging before we list them in our shop. If you are interested in purchasing more than one item, please contact us for the exact shipping cost, or you can purchase the items and once we have the items ready for shipment, we will refund any shipping overages. If your package has been shown being delivered by USPS via tracking and you, or the recipient, did not receive it, Elizabella Vintage cannot issue a refund. You will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement, depending on the issue of your package not being delivered.

Vintage from the 1940s

Vintage ladies floral watch pin/brooch by ELEM, a Swiss firm. It is
21/2 inches long, 1 3/8 inches wide and 3/8 inch thick. It has been
timed and 12 half-turns of the stem will give you approximately 11 1/4
hour of running time. Pull the stem out gently and turn it counter clockwise to set the time. The second hand is very hard to see. There is a tiny mark on the dial. It is marked, 1/20 12 K gold filled on silver. The pin also is marked, PAT. 130141. Research places ELEM as originated in the late 1800's and ELEM started circa 1915. Research places the pin/brooch circa 1940's by Cal Art. The lock on the c clasp works as it should. Condition of the pin/brooch and watch is good and commensurate with age and usage. We decided not to try to clean it in order to show the age and leave that up to the next owner. If cleaned by a professional, it would be stunning.
