Custom orders are welcome! For our physical banners and decor, we have roughly 40 colors to choose from so feel free to contact us with any questions. Please leave any special requests in the Notes box during checkout.

For digital products, some products are editable while other designs are not editable. If you are needing customization of a digital product, please contact me for further details and availability.

Our standard physical banner backgrounds are created with 4" x 4" chipboard or cardstock. You can determine the total length of your banner at roughly 4" times the number of panels needed in your banner.

Double hung (2 lines) and triple hung (3 lines) banners are also available. Contact us for custom banners.

Custom sizing - Only available for digital items. We are no longer allowing for changes to the background dimensions on physical banners; all physical banners come standard as a 4 inch by 4 inch panel.

Our digital banners, invitations, etc. sizes are dependent on design. See each listing's details for more information. Custom sizing is available upon request prior to purchase. Custom order is required.

Our products are for indoor use. They may be used in dry outdoor conditions. Do NOT get wet (i.e. rain, snow, etc.) as the item may start to deteriorate as it is a paper product.

All physical banners will come in a poly bag inside its shipping packaging to protect during shipping and for easy storage after your event so you can use it again.

If you are giving your item as a gift and would like it wrapped, please select the gift wrapping option during checkout.

Gift wrapping is not available for digital downloadable products.

All packages are shipped USPS. These are estimates and are in addition to the 3-5 business day processing time to create your item(s).

In-transit times:
Standard Shipping ~ 2-5 business days
Priority Shipping ~ 1-3 business days
Express Shipping ~ 1-2 business days

~Shipping to Everywhere Else~
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery to locations outside the U.S. Packages occasionally get delayed in custom; this is out of our control and cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates. Typical delivery is within 3 weeks barring delays.

Digital products will not have a physical items shipped. See your Purchases section in your Profile after payment has processed.

Refunds or replacement items will not be granted for lost packages due to an incorrect address in the Etsy system. Please double check the address on file with Etsy when you check out as we will ship to the address shown on the purchase invoice. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for incorrect addresses.

If your order is placed with an incorrect address, you will need to contact us within 12 hours in order for us to adjust this as we ship out packages as soon as possible.

If your package is showing a delivery status of "Delivered," you will need to purchase a replacement in the event that the package was not delivered correctly. Shipping insurance is also available upon request. Contact us for more information.

With the purchase of each digital product, you will also receive a PDF file with instructions on how to print your item(s). It is highly recommended that you test print your items. Each computer monitor and printer have their color settings which may cause your prints to appear with different colors than as originally shown. Usually a simple printing adjustment is all that is needed.

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with the link to your item(s). You can also access your printables and digital products by clicking on your Etsy profile and going to Purchases and Reviews. The link will be shown with your purchase.

For our bridal and bridesmaid jewelry, if you are needing to have a piece custom sized, please contact me prior to purchase for more information. Additional fees may apply.

Many of our bracelet and necklace designs come with extenders for easy adjustment or an extender may be added with a customization fee.

If you are needing to return a jewelry piece, please contact me prior to return for return instructions. The item must be in exact condition as was upon shipment, including packaging, jewelry box, etc. and have not been worn. Tracking is recommended for return delivery. Refunds will not be granted until returned item has arrived to us and upon inspection of item.
