Vintage 1940s Hallmark Valentine's Day Greeting Cards – Set of Two Adorable Kittens

These adorable vintage greeting cards are the perfect addition to your mid-century ephemera collection. Each die-cut folding card was made by Hallmark in the 1940s and feature kittens bringing Valentine’s Day wishes. The first card features a stuffed animal kitten covered in red hearts with textured whiskers. The kitten has a red bow collar and tag that says, “To a Fine Son” on the front and on the inside says, “With a whole lot of love to a mighty fine son, to hope that the day is a whole lot of fun!” The second card features two playful smiling kittens with red bows that says, “Hi Valentine!” on the front and on the inside says, “Honest to goodness, just betcha it’s true, no Valentine ever was nicer than you!” Both cards are signed with the first one signed “Guess who?” so it is the perfect Valentine for your son.

Condition: Both cards are in good condition with some signs of wear: the first card has aged tape still affixed, a tape stain, and some creases; the second card has minor discoloration in one spot on the front near the top kitten's whiskers.
