What are lab-created diamonds?

Lab-created diamonds, also known as lab-grown diamonds, are real diamonds created in a laboratory instead of mined from the earth. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds and offer excellent beauty and durability. Lab-grown diamonds are usually more affordable than natural diamonds, while still offering the same brilliance and quality. Can you tell the difference between lab-created diamonds and natural diamonds? Lab-created diamonds and natural diamonds look the same to the eye. Even a professional gemologist cannot reliably tell the difference without specialized equipment.

Help, I don’t know my ring size. What should I do?

How long does production and shipping take, and will I need to pay customs or taxes?

Each Gioielli Rings piece is made to order with great care. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. Once completed, your order will be shipped with express tracked delivery via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the most suitable carrier for your destination. Delivery usually takes approximately 2-4 business days after shipping. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues, which are outside of our control. For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility when applicable.

Is your jewelry solid gold or plated?

All Gioielli Rings pieces are made from solid 14K or 18K gold, or platinum, depending on the option selected at checkout. We do not use gold plating, gold filled, or vermeil for our rings. Each piece is handcrafted from fine, durable materials and designed for long-lasting everyday wear.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush orders may be available for an additional charge. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us through Etsy messages before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all of our pieces come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. The warranty covers manufacturing-related issues and may include services such as resizing, polishing, and resetting a stone if needed. Please note that the warranty does not cover lost stones, broken stones, damage caused by wear or impact, or any item that has been altered or resized by another jeweler.

Are certificates included with the stones?

Yes. Lab-grown diamond center stones come with an IGI certificate, and most moissanite center stones come with a GRA certificate. Certificates apply to the center stone only and are included when stated in the listing. We do not provide a separate certificate for the finished jewelry piece.

How are moissanites sized?

Moissanites are measured and sold by size in millimeters rather than by carat weight. For example, a 6.5mm round moissanite is visually similar in size to a 1 carat diamond. Do carats apply to moissanites? Moissanites do have weight, but they are usually sold by their calibrated size in millimeters rather than by carat weight. Diamonds, on the other hand, are typically sold by carat weight.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
