How much is shipping?

The majority of our items have a flat $5.95 standard shipping fee. We do this because we want you to feel confident in a price up front. Calculated shipping can vary from zip code to zip code, state to state, and season to season and that's just too unpredicatable.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Most items have an upgraded shipping option available. If you don't see it offered, contact us! We'd be more than happy to see what we can do for you.

What is your return policy?

Since the majority of our items are made to order or personalized, we do have a standard "No Returns Policy" however, if there is an issue with your item when it arrives, just contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and will do what we can to make it right. DelightfulCreationsAZ is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to report the issue and file a claim. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

What if I want an item or design that I don't see you currently have for sale?

Fantastic question! We are adding items all the time. Several items have been special requests from previous customers. If we can make or design something for you, we will definitely try. Please understand that we do have full time jobs, and are doing the parenting thing, so the creating gets done on evenings, weekends and off time. Please allow some extra time for any custom requests.
