We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless upgraded to USPS Express Shipping for additional cost. Shirts/Bodysuits - run true to size and are 100% cotton Tutus - are made based off of size you choose. If you are concerned with sizing please include childs waist and height measurements to ensure the most accurate fit! ***Please note all items are handmade made to order, nothing is premade in our shop!!***

Ordering and Turnaround Time

When placing an order please count only business days (no weekends or holidays) for our turnaround time. Our turnaround time is always updated and listed either on our announcement page or within the listing in the personalization section where you include your information. Please message us first for approval prior to placing the order only if your need by date falls prior to our turnaround time as all sales are final and we want to be able to fulfill your order as needed! Also, please be advised leaving a need by date prior to our normal turnaround time that you have not received approval for does not mean you will receive it on that date; you MUST receive approval as all orders are completed in the order they are received. Thank you!

Custom and personalized orders

We welcome and look forward to custom order requests as we absolutely love creating new designs for every occasion! Please message us prior to placing the order if wanting to make changes to a design already listed! Also, we may already have what you are looking for as not every design we have done or offer is listed!

What if a name or an age is not included in the order notes

If you do not include these details we will send you exactly what you ordered in the listing photo ( i.e Unicorn, Age 5 ,Name Elliana.) It is not our responsibility to reach out to you to make sure we have the correct info especially with the volume of orders/messages on a daily basis. We have tried this in the past and most of these messages go unanswered and we simply cannot hold on to orders. We always want you to receive exactly what you purchased so please make sure to include this information. Please note all sales are final unless the information was included and we made a mistake.Thank you!

Is the delivery date guaranteed

Please be advised we only guarantee that we will ship an item out in a timely manner according to our shipping method (Priority Mail via USPS) we absolutely will NOT guarantee anything once it is out of our hands and dropped off to the post office as we cannot control any possible unforseen circumstances that may arise(i.e. pandemic,weather, or postal service delays) especially with our turnaround time being so far in advance. As always we highly recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays as we would never want to miss your special event. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments once scanned by the post office. Thank you!

Shirt/Bodysuit options

All designs can be done on either short or long sleeve.You MUST request if wanting a long sleeve in notes on order as they are a special order item! If you do not request long sleeve you will receive the design on a short sleeve! Also even short sleeve seen in listing photo may be different depending on availability and size that is chosen. Our standard shirt in size 2T to 8 is a girls fitted Puff sleeve. We do have other shirt/bodysuit color options but you must message before placing order to check availability (additional fees may apply)

All shirts/bodysuits should only be hand washed in cold water only! No bleach! Do not dry in dryer as vinyl fabric may warp or melt in heat. Lay flat to air dry. If need to iron must iron inside out with low heat! We do not guarantee any items after they have been worn or washed. Resin that is attached to hair/tutu bow is hot glued on as added decoration only and may fall off during shipping or excessive play/movement. Can be easily glued back on using any glue i.e super glue,hot glue, etc. (if the resin falls off the bow is not broken) If any issues with item(s) must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please be advised the colors/materials (fabric, ribbons ,tulle, resins on bows) may vary slightly depending on availability but will always match/coordinate to the pictured design as close as possible especially due to the immense supply chain issues at this time!
