Nice carvings at he head, beak and tail, painted eyes in white and red.
Charming and decorative folk art piece!
Age is quite hard to tell as these look quite well preserved. They are vintage for sure, though they might be antiques in great condition.
These would have had a weighted part connected on the underside for them to float in the water.
Two little holes from mounting are visible on the underside. Without this piece they will not stay up straight in water and tilt over.
We have three different decoy ducks in stock, all similar in style.
This listing is for the smaller one of the three. This is a medium size duck.
Condition:
No damage, no woodworm.
Original paint still quite bright. Wear on underside from moving.
