How can I access my purchased digital files?

We provide print-ready digital images only—no physical items are shipped. To download your files, follow these steps: 1. Use a web browser (not the Etsy app) to access "Etsy.com". 2. Log in via "Your Account" (top-right, near the shopping cart). 3. Go to "Purchases and Reviews" and locate your order. Select "Download files". 4. If the option isn’t visible, click the small arrow next to the order to expand details and access the download page. Save your files promptly to avoid issues. Need help? Contact us—we’re happy to assist! 😊

I purchased a digital print without registering on Etsy. How can I find my files?

If you made your purchase as a guest, without creating an Etsy account, the digital files will be available via the download link included in the confirmation email you received after payment. If you cannot find this email: - Check your "Spam" or "Junk Email" folder. - If you use Gmail, also take a look at the "Social" or "Promotions" tabs. - To avoid future problems, add "transaction@etsy.com" to your contacts or safe senders list. Still can't find the files? Don't worry, we are here to help! Write to us and we will do our best to solve the problem. 😊

I paid with Apple Pay or used an Apple ID and can't find my order. How can I solve the problem?

If you used Apple Pay or signed in with your Apple ID and can't locate your order or email receipt, you may have enabled the "Hide My Email" option. This generates a random email address for privacy, which might have prevented Etsy’s receipt from reaching your inbox. To resolve this: 1. Contact us via Etsy messaging. We can provide an alternative way to send your files, such as through a secure online archive or direct email. 2. Alternatively, reach out to Etsy’s support team to retrieve your order details. We’re here to ensure you receive everything smoothly! 😊

I need to edit the digital images I purchased. What can I do?

We are always willing to listen to your requests and find the right solution for you! 😊 If you need any changes to the images you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us. Whether it is a customization or a simple adaptation, we will do our best to help you and meet your needs. Write to us via the Etsy messaging system with the details of the modification you would like and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss options. We are here to make every purchase perfect for you! ✨

What size can I print without losing quality? If necessary, can I request a custom size?

The dimensions of each digital print in our store are optimized with the ideal number of pixels to ensure sharp, high-quality results. By adhering to the listed sizes, your prints will always be clear and detailed. All images are provided in JPG format at 300 DPI, enhanced with professional editing tools to guarantee excellent printing quality. If you need a different file format or a custom size, we’re happy to assist! Simply contact us via Etsy chat with your specific preferences, and we’ll adjust the image to meet your needs. Thank you for choosing us—we’re here to bring your vision to life! 😊✨

Now that I have downloaded the images, how can I print them?

Once you’ve downloaded your purchased images, here’s how to get a high-quality print: 1. Local printing centers: Email the files to a professional printing or photo center near you. Avoid using platforms like WhatsApp or similar apps, as they may reduce the image quality and affect the final print. 2. Online printing services: If you can’t visit a printing center, search for professional online printing platforms. Register, upload your images, and follow the instructions. They’ll print your files and ship them directly to your home. We’re thrilled to help bring your vision to life, and we hope you’ll think of us for your next magical decor needs! 😊

What is the best paper for printing digital images?
