We cannot accept returns at this time since we do not carry an inventory and our products are made on-demand! We strive for quality but if there is a manufacturing issue or damage during shipment, please reach out to us providing photos and we will work to get you a replacement asap!

Do You Accept Cancellations?

We reserve the right to cancel orders if production issues arise, such as stock shortages. However, once an order has been placed and processed without errors, it cannot be canceled. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions, which are outlined in our announcements and product listings. We recommend reviewing these details before purchasing.

What if my package arrives broken?

The issue when package arrive broken is related to the carrier, and the way they deliver and handle the packages. Please message me on Etsy ASAP! I will need photo proof for insurance purposes, so that I can either get a replacement sent out to you or issue a full refund to your account.

I put the wrong address/apartment number!

Check your addresses before checking out please. You (the customer) are responsible for providing the correct address and/or apartment number. Packages that are returned back to us or missing due to an invalid address can NOT be refunded or replaced. We cannot cover the reprint/shipping costs unfortunately. I can only offer you a discount if you want to place a replacement order. So again, please double check your addresses! Don't let this minor mistake prevent you from receiving your order successfully.

Please note that in the garment industry, it is common to see a minor variation in the garment measurements. It means that there can sometimes be a small deviation (also known as tolerance) from the listed size guide measurements – up to 1 inch (2.54 cm). This type of minor deviation may happen, and the product is not considered to be defective due to that.

Can it be sent to Military Addresses?

Yes however, this means that USPS delivered the order to the DPO hub and it will get distributed further. Unfortunately, USPS can't provide any more tracking updates after that, since they have handed the package off. The complete delivery timeframe for these types of orders is up to 30 business days. If your customer hasn't received the order after this timeframe, let us know and we'll investigate this further.

Looking for a washed shirt but don't see it listed? No problem! Just shoot us a message. Our washed shirt stock can be a little unpredictable, so we haven't been able to add the option to all our listings just yet. (Just a heads-up: "Select Other Color" refers to the standard unisex shirt colors on our size chart, not the washed options.) Get in touch, and we'll help you out!
