How do I access my digital download?

▶ You can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases or by following this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases ▶ If you purchased as a guest: You will receive an email from Etsy with your download links. ▶ If you purchased from the Etsy app: You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To access your digital files from your account: Open a browser, go to www.etsy.com and sign into your account. Click on your account icon at the top right and select Purchases. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Help, I used Apple Pay, how do I find my download?

It seems you might have used the "Hide My Email" feature, which generates a unique, random email address for use with apps or websites. While this helps protect your personal email, it could cause issues receiving Etsy's automated email containing the link to download your files. To resolve this, try logging into your Etsy account via a web browser (not the Etsy app) and accessing your downloads from the purchases page. If that doesn't work, feel free to message me, and I’ll be happy to email your artwork directly.

How can I access my digital download without an Etsy account?

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, you'll find the download link in the receipt email sent by Etsy after your order. If you don’t see the receipt email, check your spam or junk folder. For Gmail users, also look in the Social and Promotions tabs. To ensure you receive future emails, consider adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe sender list. If you’re still unable to find your download, feel free to message me for help!

Do you offer exchanges and/or refunds?
