What if my package was not delivered to me but the tracking information states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. You will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS. Reach out to the carrier to inquire about the delivery.

What if I accidentally used an incorrect/insufficient address when placing my order?

If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs due to providing an incorrect address.
