Why doesn’t my item look like the pictures?

All my items are made once ordered. It is natural for slight differences to occur due to the uniqueness of wood. Paint and stain colors may act differently on each piece of wood. Please know I make all the items the same and recreate as close as I can. If you have a specific color shade or request, please feel free to contact me. I do not give refunds unless an item is damaged.

What happens if it takes a long time for my package to arrive? Do you offer a refund?

Once I drop your order off at the post office it is out of my hands with the timeliness of delivery. Please know that I do keep track of the packages until they are safely delivered. If after 10 weeks the package still has not been delivered and appears lost, then we will work out either a refund or replacement.

Why was my order canceled and I did not get a refund?

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct and that you have set Etsy emails to be directed to your in box. If I have a question about your order or you have provided an insufficient shipping address, then I will contact you via the email you provided. If I do not hear from you after 3 attempts and 10 days, then your order will be canceled. Since all my items are made to order and take a long time, no refund will be given.

A twist on the jockey silk door hanger! These silks are freestanding and double-sided. They are perfect to sit in the center of your table on Derby day, on your mantle or any shelf in your home! Their bring colors are beautiful and perfect for the first Saturday in May!

Details:
- Stands at about 8”
- Double Sided
- The design is attached with modge podge onto 1/4” birch wood
- Fleur de lis is cut from 1/8” birch wood
- Colorful ribbon is added to the top (please note! The ribbon colors may be slightly different depending on what I have in stock)
- Choose between a turquoise stripe with pink Fleur De Lis or a pink checkered with green Fleur De Lis.
