Yes! For all custom orders (fabric banners, personalized journals, etc.), we send a digital proof via Etsy Messages within 1-3 business days after your purchase. We require your approval to proceed, so please keep an eye on your inbox to avoid production delays.

Can I change the font or layout of the design?

Absolutely. We can use any font style you prefer. If you have a specific font name or a reference photo, please send it to us via Etsy Messages. We love creating custom designs!

I have my own logo. Can you print/engrave it?

Yes, we can! Please send your high-resolution logo (PDF, AI, or PNG format preferred) via Etsy Messages after placing your order. We will check the file quality and confirm with you.

How long does shipping take?

Why do you need my phone number?

Shipping carriers require a valid phone number for international deliveries to ensure they can contact you if there are any issues finding your address. Your number is strictly used for shipping purposes only.

How do I remove wrinkles from my fabric banner?

Our fabric signs are shipped rolled to minimize creasing, but some wrinkles may occur. You can iron the back of the banner on a medium heat setting (steam is okay). We recommend placing a thin cloth between the iron and the banner for extra protection.

How do I clean my wooden cork holder or napkin rings?

Simply wipe with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerge in water. For our walnut items, you can occasionally apply a food-safe wood oil to keep them looking fresh.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Personalized/Custom Items: Because these are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Standard Items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of purchase (before we start the design process).
