Customer service was really super friendly, fast, and competent. I ordered the wifey sweater and a matching hubby sweater. The ordering process was straightforward, and shipping was super fast! I was really looking forward to the package and was not disappointed. Both sweaters go together very well, are comfortable, and of high quality. The embroidery also looks great and I'm sure it will survive a few washes and adventures. I would order here again and again!
