What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please message us within 14 days of your order with a photo of the damage and we will gladly reship a new one.

There is no expedited shipping available at this time. Every item is made to order - we use a professional manufacturer that makes and ships all our products. Please allow 3-7 business days for production + shipping days. Please check your address is correct - we are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by buyers. International shipping can take 10-30 days. Please note we can only see the same tracking updates as you can. Multiple items in an order may ship separately. Delivery dates not guaranteed since we do not have control of the mail carrier. Please order well ahead of time if you need an item by a certain date. We will not refund for delayed shipments or if item(s) do not arrive by desired date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are always happy to provide you with a shipping update on your order, but can only see the same tracking information you can. We recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number if you need an exact package location. We are not responsible for stolen packages - please provide a safe and secure location for delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but you do not have it in your possession, you will need to contact your local post office.
