Where can I download my digital printable files?

To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Note: The prints cannot be downloaded with the Etsy App. You must use the Etsy website directly.

How do I print my files?

You have 3 options to print the digital files: 1. Print instantly at home 2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop. 3. Upload the files to an online printing service like www.officedeport.com, www.mpix.com and www.shutterfly.com

How do I access Canva templates?

After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF with a clickable link that takes you directly to the Canva template. You can open it in your free Canva account and start customizing right away!

Do you offer custom edits or mockups?

Yes! If you need a size chart or care card for a product that’s not currently in the shop, feel free to reach out. If we have the images and necessary info, we’re happy to create a custom version just for you.
