I only received one item even though I ordered multiple items?

Custom and personalized orders

Each item is made to order for each customer so we do not accept returns. However, if there is a printing error, please send a clear photo and description of the error for a reprint.

Do these garments run true to size?

All of our items are unisex in sizing and fit true to size for unisex. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt or sweatshirt at home and compare to the size chart in the photos to be sure of your correct fit. Please lay your favorite item down flat and measure armpit to armpit to then compare to the size chart.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, we are unable to add gift wrapping at this time since items are packaged and shipped by a separate fulfillment center.

What is the cutoff date for Christmas delivery 2023?

Please place Christmas orders by December 5th to give your item it's best chance to arrive on time.

I accidentally typed the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. The address cannot be changed after 24 hours. Any orders with an incorrect address will be shipped back to the printing facility. Once the item is received, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

USPS tracking says my item was delivered but I don't have it.

If you cannot find your package but it has been marked "delivered" by the post office, please use the following link to file a case with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm You may also file a police report if you feel the package has been stolen.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

A free replacement or refund will be offered if the problem is reported within 30 days of product delivery along with a clear photo of the defect.
