Item came packaged beautifully and safely with some fun extras. I haven't really used it yet - just drew on a plain cookie but didn't flood with it to see if the charcoal bleeds into the flood or anything.

Great product and very well packaged to ensure no damage in shipment. Found out an item was missing from the bundle and Pam was very quick to reach out and correct the issue. This was probably just a minor mix up (cause things happen). Thank you Pam for an amazing product, no more markers for me, the pencil is being put to very good use!!
