Extremely unprofessional experience. The seller stated that a refund was processed in February, but there is still no trace of it. My bank confirmed nothing was received, and the seller failed to provide any valid proof like an ARN number. This raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller.
