🌷WOMENS SIZING:

My dresses are true to highstreet size, but if you are between sizes, I recommend that you size up.

UK sizes are different to US sizes. UK sizes are 4 sizes larger. For example a UK size 8 , would be a US size 4.



🌷REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately I no longer accept returns for a refund, but happily accept exchanges.

I am happy to exchange, but postage costs will be deducted from your refund, as I don't charge for delivery, and would be at a loss.

The customer will also be responsible for the costs of postage to return. If you are returning from an international destination, you will also be liable for any custom charges. This will be deducted from the refund if any costs are incurred to me.

I require to be contacted within 14 days (earlier is preferred) of you receiving your order, and orders need to be received within 28 days.

All returned orders are only accepted, if they are unworn, no scent of perfumes or cigarettes, or around pet hair. This is to protect my customers. If the above applies to any returns, I will :

🌷DELIVERY:

Free delivery anywhere in the UK, via Royal Mail 1st class standard post which takes around 1 to 3 days to deliver.

Expedited delivery service is available at an extra cost.

Anywhere else in the World:

I send via Royal Mail as Tracked International Delivery. It takes around 6 to 8 days (unless delays with the postal service - this is not my responsibility) .

I also offer Express Delivery service via DHL Express which is tracked and only takes 3 to 5 days from the UK. I will send you the tracking code, once the dress is made💗
